Wipe with a soft damp cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner, then dry. Use coasters and place mats - acidic spills such as citrus, wine and vinegar must be blotted immediately. Never use abrasive powders, scouring pads or bleach. Do not place hot pans directly on the surface.
